President Buhari arrived in Mali today, July 23 for the ECOWAS peace mission.

The President was seen wearing a face-mask and this would be the first time the President wore it in public since the Coronavirus pandemic started.

Despite the increase in Covid-19 cases in Nigeria, Buhari had continued to appear in meetings without wearing face masks.
