A Nigerian man stranded in Germany, has appealed to well-meaning people and authorities to help him return back to his home country.
In a video shared online, the man identified as Elijah Amusan revealed he travelled from Nigeria to Italy in 2016 and tried to get documents but all to no avail.
According to him, he couldn’t work in Italy because he wasn’t able to get the necessary documents.
Amusan, who is currently in Frankfurt, Germany, begged Nigerians and the European Union to get him back home to see his family again.
The man who spoke in Yoruba, a native Nigerian language, further claimed he has signed documents in Germany seeking repatriation to Nigeria but the government has refused to grant his request despite sending others like him home.
