The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and Radio Biafra anchorman, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been rearrested and extradited to Nigeria.
This was disclosed at a briefing in Abuja by the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami [SAN].
According to Malami, Nnamdi Kanu was intercepted on June 27 by Interpol.
The Justice Minister said that Kanu will be re-arraigned before the Federal High Court for the continuation of his trial.
At the joint briefing with Malami were heads of DSS and police who said Kanu would be returned to court to continue his trial.
