One of the sons of Nigeria’s former vice-president, Atiku Abubakar, name withheld, has tested positive to coronavirus. This was disclosed Sunday night by his father in a tweet, @atiku.
The former vice-president, who was also presidential candidate of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in last year’s general election, said:

“My son has tested positive to Coronavirus. @NCDCGov has been duly informed, and he has been moved to Gwagwalada Specialist Teaching Hospital in Abuja for treatment and management. I will appreciate it if you have him in your prayers.
“Stay safe, Coronavirus is real. AA”
