The 2021 PDP gubernatorial aspirant Hon Amb Vincent Ike Oligbo (Ichie Ike Edeke) took a proactive step yesterday as he flagged off a 3-day awareness campaign to sensitise Anambra people about Coronavirus outbreak, it’s implications and preventive tips.

Amb Ike Oligbo (Ichie Ike Edeke) defied fear and officially flagged off campaign to combat the Coronavirus yesterday in Awka, Anambra State. It was a high risk mission given that Amb Ike Oligbo was on ground to make people realise the need to take precautions against the dreaded COVID-19 pandemic.

The awareness campaign will definitely get to the people at home because everyone present went home with protective kits, a message of hope and reasons to live.

The Chairman of FOXTON GROUP Chief Vincent Oligbo took the bull by the horns as he interfaced with the masses face to face despite the risky nature of such undertaking, but love for society is topmost on his scale of preference.

Dressed in Jean shorts and a red T-shirt, the Gentle-Giant pleaded with his audience to take COVID-19 seriously by observing preventive measures conveyed to them by his medical team.

The global pandemic is indeed a litmus test of genuine leadership and love for constituency. Good enough Anambrarians are very fortunate to be blessed with a leader that feels the pulse of the citizens and ready to serve them too.

This special intervention occasioning physical interaction with target groups has proved what Chief Vincent Oligbo is capable of doing as Chief Servant of Anambra state.

Hon Amb Ike Oligbo has been silently reaching out to people in a bid to curtail the adverse effect of the dreaded Coronavirus since the advent of the pandemic.

Meanwhile the exercise continues today to reach more vulnerable targets in the hinterlands so that more people may survive the devastating pandemic.
