The Minister of Transportation, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi has appeared in the public with crutches confirming reports that he suffered a fracture.
Mr. Amaechi was seen in a photo walking with support during the commissioning of an orphanage home and Arabic School in Kaita Local Government Area of Katsina State.
The Minister, it was gathered, suffered hairline fracture over the weekend, according to his close associate and chieftain of the Rivers State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Eze Chukwuemeka Eze.
Although Mr. Eze did not present details of the circumstances that led to the fracture, it was learnt it was a a hairline fracture.
A hairline fracture is a tiny crack in a bone caused by repetitive stress or resulting from overuse and mostly caused by repeatedly jumping up and down or running long distances.
Eze Amaechi as saying: “I had a hairline fracture on 31st December, 2020.
