It was not the best of starts for Super Eagles midfielder John Ogu at Al Adalah as they lost 1-0 at home to Ahmed Musa’s Al Nassr, in the quarter-final of the Saudi King Cup on Friday, Completesports.com reports.
Al Nassr’s goal was scored by Abderrazak Hamdallah in the 51st minute.
It was Ogu’s first competitive club game since 25 May, 2019 when he played his last game for Israeli club Hapoel Beer Shave.
Ogu was in action for 90 minutes while Musa was introduced in the 90th minute of the game.
It was Musa’s fourth appearance in the Saudi King Cup this season and has scored two goals in the competition.
