Kwara govt confirms five new cases of Coronavirus

The Kwara State Government has confirmed five new cases of COVID-19.

Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, confirmed the new cases on his official Twitter page on Friday night.

His post read: “We have 5 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in Kwara. Please, everyone, keep safe.

“Together, we will overcome this.”

This brings the number of positive cases of Coronavirus in the state to seven.

As at Friday, Nigeria confirmed 51 new cases of COVID-19, the highest cases so far recorded in a day.
