COVID-19: Delta confirms 13 new cases, 1 death

The Delta State government has confirmed 13 new cases of coronavirus and one death in the State.

It made the announcement in a tweet via its Twitter account on Tuesday.

The tweet reads “13 new confirmed cases and 1 new recorded death.

“Delta state COVID-19 case update, 09: 00am Tuesday, June 16, 2020.

“Total confirmed: 280.

“Active cases: 187.

“Discharged: 76.

“Deaths: 17.”

DAILY POST recalls that Nigeria Center for Disease Control on Monday confirmed 573 new cases of coronavirus.
